Q: How long does each service take?
The initial Microblading service may take 2.5 – 4 hours. The touch up service on average takes 1-2 hours
Q: Does Microblading, Ombre Eyebrows, Nano Strokes hurt?
Everyone's discomfort levels are different, so this will depend on clients' tolerance. Clients will be numbed thought the service with two different topical anesthetics. Menstrual cycles can potentially elevate the pain level, so it is recommended to avoid booking around this time of the month.
Q: How long will the semi-permanent makeup last?
A: Typically, Microblading lasts 9-12 months, Microshading / Combination Brows can last 1-3 years. This may vary based on skin type and after care.
Q: How long before I can work out?
It is highly recommended to avoid physical activity (sweating) extreme heat, sauna, hot tubs for at least 7-10 days. Light walks and light yoga is okay.
Q: How long is the healing process?
Immediately after the treatment, the color will look a little darker. Client may experience mild swelling and then scabbing. Pigment will "disappear" and then start to resurface but will appear patchy in some areas and
be approximately 40-60% lighter than initial application. At the 4-10 week touch-up we will freshen-up the final look
Q: Will I need to shape my eyebrows after healed, like waxing or threading?
Natural eyebrow hairs will continue to grow outside of the treated area; some hair removal may be necessary.
Q: Can I get my touch-up session sooner than 4 weeks?
Touch-ups can be made no sooner than 4 weeks post-procedure since skin cycle is 28 days in our body.
Before the procedure, advise your client verbally and in writing not to do the following:
-Do not drink coffee before the treatment
-Do not take aspirin, niacin or ibuprofen 24 hours before the procedure
-No excessive alcohol the night prior or the day of the procedure
-No Botox 4 weeks prior
-No Chemical or laser peels 1 month before the procedure
-No waxing 3 days before the service
